IAS officers reshuffled in Odisha

IAS officers have been shifted in Odisha. Nikunja Bihari Dhal, the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) to the chief minister, will continue to have additional charge of Chairman, IDCO. The additional charge of Chairman, IDCO to Hemant Sharma stands terminated. ACS Surendra Kumar has been given the charge of the ACS, Parliamentary Affairs Department in addition to the current posting as ACS, GA-PG and ACS, Tourism. G Mathivathanan has been posted as Director General, Training Coordination, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar and has been relieved of additional responsibility of ACS, Parliamentary Affairs. Hemant Sharma, PS, Industries with the additional charge of Chairman, Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha (IPICOL), will remain in the additional charge of PS, MS & ME department. The additional appointment of Sawant Mishra as PS, MS & ME, stands terminated. Mrs Usha Padhee, PS, Skill Development & Technical Education with the additional charge of the Commerce and Transport department, is allowed to remain in additional charge of PS, Housing and Urban Development department. Saswat Mishra, PS to the Governor with additional charge of Chairman, Odisha State Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC), will also hold the additional charge of PS, Finance and PS, Energy; Vishal Kumar Dev, is appointed as PS, Electronics & IT department, with additional charge of Chairman, Odisha Forest Development Corporation (OFDC). Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma has been appointed as Secretary-cum-Commissioner, Sports & Youth Services department, while R Vineel Krishna has been transferred as Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement department.
