The post of Ms Yashu Rustagi has been upgraded to Director level in the Department of Personnel and Training; she is a 2012 batch IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre. Similarly, Ms Harleen Kaur, a 2012 batch IAS of AGMUT cadre, now holds an upgraded Director-level post in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. The post of Shinde Deepak Arjun, Private Secretary to Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and a 2012 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, has also been upgraded to Director level, while the positions held by Yuvraj Ravindra Patil (2012 batch IRTS) in the Lokpal, Vikash Kumar (2012 batch IA&AS) and Komaljit Meena (2012 batch IRS-IT) in the Ministry of Defence have similarly been elevated to Director rank.
