Thirteen IAS officers have been given field postings as Collectors and District Magistrates in various districts of Bihar. Shrikant Shastri has been appointed Collector and DM, Begusarai, while Taranjot Singh will serve as Collector and DM, West Champaran, Bettiah, and Vivek Ranjan Maitreya has been posted as Collector and DM, Siwan. Other postings include Mrs Abhilasha Sharma as Collector and DM, Aurangabad; Ashutosh Dwivedi, Katihar; Mrs Pratima Rani, Shivhar; Vaibhav Srivastava, Saran (Chhapra); Vinod Duhan, Araria; Abhishek Ranjan, Madhepura; Shekhar Anand, Sheikhpura; Anusha Bais, Arwal; Mrs Sahila, Buxar; and Nitin Kumar Singh, Kaimur (Bhabua).
