The central deputation tenure of Ms Nishtha Tiwari, Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs and a 2005 batch IRS (IT) officer, has been extended up to 9 December 2027. The continuation ensures stability in key administrative and policy functions within MHA. Such tenure extensions at Director level are often linked to project continuity and ongoing assignments in sensitive ministries like Home Affairs. She will continue to serve in the same capacity during the extended period.
