AAI has been taking various initiatives under its CSR Umbrella in the field of Education, Nutrition, Community Development, Environment, Relief and rehabilitation sector with a special emphasis on Health Sector. AAI`s Srinagar International Airport recently donated two critical care ambulances equipped with basic life support system to Medical Department of Budgam District to help improve the medical facility of the state. DC Budgam in presence of Airport Director, Srinagar Airport flagged -off two critical care ambulances worth Rs. 76 Lakhs which will be utilized at Sub- District Hospital (SDH) Chadoora and Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Magam respectively for emergency and referral patient care. Speaking at the flagging-off program, Deputy Commissioner Budgam appreciated the various initiatives undertaken by AAI under its CSR project and thanked AAI for all its support. Mentioning that such a gesture would go a long way in building trust and confidence in the people of the region, he hoped that the same support would be rendered by AAI even in the days to come.
