P. Anbalagan assumed the charge as Secretary Industry of Maharashtra Newly-appointed Maharashtra Industry Secretary P. Anbalagan, an IAS officer of the 2001 batch, said on Thursday that his priority will be to make all efforts to consolidate the state's status as the most favoured destination for domestic and foreign direct investments, and provide hand-holding to investors.
