The Hon’ble Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, inaugurated the state-of-the-art office of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) at the World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi on 06.03.2025. NBCC (India) Limited which has successfully executed the entire re-development of Nauroji Nagar into World Trade Center, New Delhi celebrates its partnership with PNGRB in completing this modern office. Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC, Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC and other senior officers of PNGRB and NBCC were also present on the occasion.
The office, located on the 4th floor of Tower E, spans over 31,000 sq. ft. of carpet area with an approximate value of Rs.17.5 crore. Designed to meet PNGRB’s growing operational needs, the modern workspace has a seating capacity of approximately 200 personnel, large conference room with a capacity of over 100 persons, a dedicated courtroom to support PNGRB’s regulatory functions and an open library for easy access to industry-related resources. Ensuring employee comfort and convenience, the office is equipped with a cafeteria and a dry pantry. Additionally, a centralized gas monitoring system has been integrated to enhance operational efficiency.
The World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar, developed by NBCC, is a prestigious commercial hub built with cutting-edge sustainability features. PNGRB’s new office exemplifies NBCC’s commitment to the quality, innovation and timely execution in India’s real estate and infrastructure development sector. This redevelopment marvel was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi in January 2025.
