Quality Circle (QC) Team ‘Tejas’ from NALCO’s Captive Power Plant, Angul, has won the prestigious Gold Award at the 50th International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) 2025, being held in Taipei, Taiwan, from 3rd to 6th November 2025. The QC team presented their exemplary project titled “Improvement in the Boiler Sealing System,” which has led to significant annual cost savings for the company, demonstrating NALCO’s focus on innovation-driven efficiency and sustainable operations.
