Similarly, Lingaraj Panda has been appointed as Collector and DM, Gajapati; Aboli Sunil Naravane as Collector and DM, Sonepur; Vishal Singh as Collector and DM, Malkangiri; Bhupendra Singh Poonia as MD, IPICOL with additional charge of Additional Secretary, Industries and ED, IDCO; Anupam Saha as State Project Director, OSEPA with additional charge of Member Secretary, Mo School; Monisha Banerjee as Collector, Bargarh; Somesh Kumar Upadhyay as PD, DRDA, Malkangiri; P Avnesha Reddy as PD, DRDA, Mayurbhanj; Divankara TS as OSD, Odisha Computer Application Center and Dibya Jyoti Parida, Commissioner, Rourkela Municipal Corporation, gets additional charge of ADM, Rourkela and Secretary, Rourkela Development Authority. Besides, Nitin Bhanudas will be sent on inter-cadre deputation to Maharashtra.
