Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday discussed the economic issues of India with aspiring CA students during her visit to Lakshmi Nagar on Friday.
"It was a good opportunity to discuss the economic issues of India with CA aspiring students and recently qualified CAs and their enthusiasm and curiosity about developed India is amazing. It seems that for India, they (CA Students) hold many aspirations in their hearts, and everyone is eager to fulfil them. I am also giving them wishes for their future," Sitharaman said while talking to ANI after her visit.
The Finance Minister visited one of the CA coaching centres in Lakshmi Nagar, and engaged in discussions with students and newly qualified CAs while campaigning for the BJP's Harsh Malhotra in East Delhi.
Earlier in the day, Sitharaman travelled to Laxmi Nagar via the Delhi Metro, where she interacted with fellow commuters. During her journey, she was seen conversing with a child
