Amitava Mukherjee joins as CMD, NMDC

Amitava Mukherjee has joined the office as  Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of NMDC. A seasoned officer from the 1996 batch of the Indian Railway Accounts Services (IRAS), Mukherjee has served the Government of India in various capacities before ascending to the apex leadership of NMDC. With his visionary leadership, Mukherjee has been guiding NMDC as the CMD (Additional Charge) since March 2023 and Director (Finance) since November 2018.
