Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is a key institution in implementing the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) that provides for a time-bound and market-linked resolution of stressed assets.
Prasad has taken charge as Chairperson with effect from September 13, in addition to his existing duties.
