Shubhranshu designated as succeeding PCME, ECR

The order transferring Shubhranshu - who is presently designated as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the Rail Wheel Plant (RWP), Bela – that is posting him as Chief Mechanical Engineer (CME) (PLG) in East Central Railway (ECR) is altered. He will serve as the succeeding Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME) (PLG) (PHOD) in ECR. He is a higher administrative grade officer (HAG) in the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineer (IRSME).
