In a major reshuffle, as many as 15 IAS officers have been given new postings in Jharkhand. Mast Ram Meena has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Drinking Water and Sanitation Department and hold additional charge of Member Secretary, Revenue Board, while Puja Singhal takes over as Secretary, IT & e-governance with additional charge of CEO, Jharkhand Communication Network. Similarly, Kripanand Jha is posted as Secretary, SC, ST & Backward Class Welfare; Vipra Bhal as Secretary, Transport with additional charge of Transport Commissioner; Arwa Rajkamal, Secretary, Building Construction Department, will hold additional charge of Secretary, Mines & Geology; Jitendra Kumar Singh will take over as Secretary, Labour, Employment, Training and Skill Development; Mukesh Kumar as Secretary, Planning and Development; Rajeshwari B as Special Secretary, Finance; Saurabh Kumar, Joint Secretary, Finance Department, will also hold charge of MD, Jharkhand Exploration and Mining Corporation; Kanchan Singh as CEO, Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society; Dhananjay Kumar Singh as Joint Secretary, Finance; Sita Pushpa as Joint Secretary, School Education and Literacy; Vijay Kumar Sinha as Excise Commissioner; Preeti Rani as Joint Secretary, Industries and Rajesh Prasad is appointed as Director, Secondary Education.
